Review everything — Take your time, look through all the materials.
Choose a design direction — Tell us which mood board direction you prefer (or we'll go with Heritage & Prestige).
Share feedback — Email Justin or Brandon with changes, questions, or approvals.
Provide remaining assets — Builder logos, lot plat/survey data, home renderings, final messaging.
We build! — Once approved, we lock the design and move into development for your mid-June launch.
